A successful candidate must be proficient in C-like languages, love MUDs, be a team player, reliable and enthusiastic. It doesn't matter where you live, because you can easily do your job anywhere at any time. As a coder on Achaea, you'll be working under the direction of its co-producers and will be touching most aspects of the game.
