Devana (OFFLINE)

Devana is a free browser-based strategy game where the basic aim is building your city. At first you must create a town and then construct facilities. There is a huge variety of different buildings you can choose from. Each facility requires resources so one of your goals is gathering resources to be able to expand your city. Each building can also be upgraded to the next level. You can create a new town if you have at least 100 colonists in the capital city.
