Inked Mafia is a old-school looking text based mafia game mixed with some modern elements. The game is focused on players that are 18 or over, this is no child's game. When you start doing crimes, you'll notice that you gain more powerful and your thirst only increases. Do Special Ops and other Missions to really get into the mafia world. It's recommended that you team up with other players, socialize and make friends - otherwise you won't make it.
