Rising Cities (OFFLINE)

Rising Cities is a browser-based roleplaying game. It requires some kind of strategy as your job is to build a metropolis. Expand your city, build the biggest city and fulfil your dream. One of your goals is gaining levels which means that you have to collect experience points. To be able to construct different facilities, you must earn citycredits and metromoney. You can have an access to improvements after you've reached level 7.
