Nonsense. The player you speaking about is a known fraudster across many games. He goes around scamming games out of money every-time he loses claiming a fake card was used or that his card was used without his permission.

This game is in its 10th year now and still going strong. Great community and balanced rules keep it interesting year after year. Staff with integrity is a big plus too.
the mafia boss game is nothing like Torn City, its a totally different platform and game-play is vastly different. still enjoyable to play after the 12 years it has been going, good game!
Not the best one out there, but there are much worse than this.
Cheap torn city copy with less features, do not play this game. it could have been fun game, but about ten years ago, now its torn city or nothing.
