I've already commented on Age of Citizens before but since the last time, which was only a few weeks ago a lot of things have changed... for the better :)
The global wars in Age of Citizens have proven to be a fun and easy way to level up and get to know the most active players. Now the developer has added an even more exciting war mode: The country wars. It's basically the real deal. If you're the president of a country you get to decide which country you will attack and your fellow countrymen and you must then try to win against the other country. But that's not as simple as it sounds as Allies can help you out as well. And what about your opponent is he being protected by allies and how strong are they? And are they really as faithful as they seem and claim to be... hmm!?!
In the beginning of the country wars which was on July 1st the Russians decided to go to war against both Poland and Netherlands which they lost and the Polish and Dutch president decided to team up and hit back. They slowly but surely captured all but 2 Russian cities and the Malaysians started to claim the last non-capital city but before the war really broke out decided to lose the war on purpose upon which the Dutch sneakily used their alliance with the Malaysians so that all but the capital of Moscow were captured. Anytime soon the Dutch will launch the finale of the war: the battle for Moscow, with a new allie on their side in Germany. What will happen? There's only one way to find out... And I don't really need to tell you, do I? ;-)
If you like eRepublic you will like Age of Citizens too and perhaps even better. The game is still in development so a lot of features are not implemented yet but the game is a source of good fun already and the forum is slowly but surely starting to liven up with some top banter between the presidents, their ministers and the common man/woman.
